Job Description: Urethane Pour Shop Technician
We are seeking a dedicated Urethane Pour Shop Technician to join our dynamic manufacturing team. This role requires a hands-on approach and a strong work ethic. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the preparation and casting of urethane components, ensuring quality and consistency in every piece produced.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform basic math calculations for precise measurements and material mixing.
- Demonstrate knowledge of hand tools such as pliers, exacto knives, and other equipment necessary for the job.
- Maintain a high level of attention to detail during the pouring and molding process.
- Ability to stand for 8 hours during shifts while performing various tasks.
- Capable of lifting up to 50 lbs to manage materials and finished products.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a manufacturing or shop environment is preferred.
- Strong understanding of safety protocols and the ability to follow them strictly.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well in a team.
