Description
Commercial Controls, Valencia, Ca. is looking to fill the following position.

Accounting degree desired, secondary accounting education required.
Experience: (4) years minimum
Past employment with contact information required.
Prior construction accounting experience a plus but not required. Hourly Position, commensurate with qualifications and industry standards.

Skills
-Quickbooks accounting software knowledge a must.
-Quickbooks payroll processing knowledge required, no exceptions.
-Should be proficient in Excel, Word, Outlook and other general software office programs.
-Responsible for all daily accounting operations.
-Government contracts requiring certified payroll reports a plus.
-Accounts Payable/Receivables
-In-house payroll
-State sales tax computation
-strong abilities in collections a must
-Verbal and written communication skills a must.
-Monthly bank statement reconciliations.
-Good communication skills required
