We're looking for an amazing supply chain professional to fill this role, which is a remote, temporary contractor position. Here's a summary of what Princess is looking for in its Supply Chain Administration Coordinator. Is this you?

**Responsibilities**

+ Daily freight transactions audits and processing of non-PO and FPO (Freight purchase order) invoices per contracted rates and approvals in a timely, thorough and accurate way.

+ Collaborates with internal and external parties to address and resolve payment and billing issues.

+ Processes, researches and reconciles Supply Chain Vendor statements and Claims.

+ Establishes, organizes and maintains department folders and group email inboxes.

+ Compiles proper receiving documentation, determines and executes receipts in approved systems.

+ Coordinates with transportation team and carriers to accurately accrue pending freight charges.

**Requirements**

+ Bachelor's Degree preferred or Equivalent Experience.

+ 2-4 years working in Accounting.

+ 3-5 years working in an office setting.

+ Computer literacy, Word, Excel, Outlook preferred.

+ Ability to evaluate financial processes preferred.

+ Analytical with strong written and verbal communication skills preferred.

+ English reading and writing proficiency.

+ Knowledge of financial/accounting systems (Oracle) preferred.

+ Ability to prioritize and work in fast paced environment preferred.

+ Attention to detail and accuracy.

+ Ability to meet deadlines.

+ Ability to train staff in processes.

+ Ability to create presentations.

+ Ability to work in a Team environment.

+ Willing to assist in other areas were needed.

+ Communicates effectively with team members in a professional and courteous manner.

+ Must exhibit integrity, fairness and professionalism while interacting with others.
