Job Description
Implement staff activities to ensure maximum efficiency
Organize orientation and training of new staff members
Handle requests from office staff
Review employees’ time card compliance
Ensure filing systems are maintained and current
Ensure security, integrity and confidentiality of data
Oversee adherence to office policies and procedures
Implement procedural and policy changes to improve operational efficiency
Manage office supplies inventory
Promote positive staff relations
Liaison with vendors and Information Technology (IT) support
Maintain a safe and secure working environment
Job Requirements
Knowledge of clerical practices and procedures
Computer skills and knowledge of office software; i.e. WordPerfect, Excel, and Outlook
Excellent communication skills
