This company recently celebrated their 40th year anniversary, and helps serve the local community! They are in need of an experienced admin assistant in their HR department to support their HR director. This is a 6-month contract assignment.
We are looking for top-notch candidates! The candidate will not need to have HR experience but it's preferred, this position will be the face of the HR department.
As an Administrative Assistant, you will play a huge role in the following:
- Drafting documents and scheduling
- Invoicing and Data Entry
- Assisting internal staff and the public via phone or email
- Working with Microsoft Word and Excel
- Internet search and LinkedIn
Location: Lancaster, CA
Schedule: 9/80 schedule Mo-Fri
Pay: $25.00/hour (DOE)
