An established and respected general contractor in Santa Clarita is looking for a personable and professional Corporate Administrative Assistant/Receptionist to join their team!
As the face of the front office, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service in person and on the phones. In addition to receptionist and clerical duties, you will be assisting with paperwork and documentation associated with estimates, proposals, contracts, and bids. You will be managing and updating calendars, coordinating catering for events, travel arrangements, and be in charge of office and kitchen inventory. You will always have something to do and you will stay busy!
To be successful in this role, one must have excellent written and verbal communication skills, great time management skills, attention to detail, strong multi-tasking abilities, and a proactive and positive attitude.
Location: Valencia, CA
Salary: $18-$20 per hour (depending on experience)
Schedule: Full-time (Monday thru Friday, 8am to 5pm)
