A fast-paced Property Management company with 150+locations is seeking a Full-time Leasing Consultant/Customer Service Representative for our leasing office in the San Fernando Valley. Position provides hourly rate plus commission.
Requirements include, but not limited to:
*2+ years in Leasing and Customer Service Experience.
*Energetic, motivated and driven to move prospects to renters
*Communication skills to assist prospects and other departments
*Clear understanding of risk to screen applicants proficiently
*Administrative skills, attention to detail, and ability to track prospects and vacancies
*Technological savvy to reach prospects using up-to-date methods
*Multitasking skills a must to maintain office efficiency
*Must have reliable transportation; including the ability to drive for business purposes
*Availability to work weekends
