Job Description

 -Prior experience working in a customer service role, handling escalations and customer retention

-Bilingual, Spanish is preferred but not required
-Effective verbal, listening and written communication skills
-Effective organizational, stress and time management skills
-Demonstrates a sense of urgency and ability to meet deadlines
-Ability to work independently and as a team member
-Ability to effectively present and demonstrates solutions
-Hands on experience with QuickBooks and MS Office
-Demonstrate organizational skills with ability to effectively manage multiple projects

Job Requirements
Resolve customer complaints via phone, email, mail, or social media.
