Job Description

 

RECEPTIONIST/CUSTOMER SERVICE

The Bilingual Customer Service Representative provides effective customer service by establishing a working relationship with internal and external customers through communication via mail or telephone or in person with customers or company employees.

Job Duties/Responsibilities

**Daily calls to existing customers to schedule appointments 

**Answering screening incoming phone calls, filing and data entry.
**Answer all incoming calls and answer questions. 
**Assist other departments.

Job Requirements
-Prior experience working in a customer service role, handling escalations and customer retention
-Bilingual, Spanish is preferred but not required
-Effective verbal, listening and written communication skills
-Effective organizational, stress and time management skills
-Demonstrates a sense of urgency and ability to meet deadlines
-Ability to work independently or as a team member
-Ability to effectively present ad demonstrates solutions
-Hands on experience with QuickBooks and MS Office
-Demonstrated organizational skills with ability to effectively manage multiple projects
- Be able to follow directions
- Ability to multi-task
- Provide good customer service/phone skills
- Able to work under pressure on multiple assignments at once
- Able to work independently
- Quick learner
