Job Description

This position is responsible for payroll and bookkeeping, including weekly payroll processing, and reporting. Preparation of monthly P&L, BS and CF statements for CFO and other financial institutions as required. Account for fixed assets and file annual  571-L. Coordinate and prepare data for CPA and facilitate annual audits. Support Human Resources department with benefit administration and assist employees with questions related to payroll and benefits.

Job Requirements
Ideal candidate must possess strong customer service skills, work ethic, communication skills, organizational skills and be Microsoft Excel proficient (pivot tables and data export). This person must also exercise a considerable amount of judgment and have the ability to work under time pressure without direct supervision.

Must have at least 5 years experience to apply.

Hours for this position are Monday-Thursday 7:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. and Friday 7:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.
