Job Summary:

We currently have an excellent opportunity for an experienced Business Analyst for our Valencia, CA Office. The primary function of this position is to support business operations through the development and preparation of key data and financial analysis.  Our Business Analyst is also responsible for creating analytical models to better understand business trends as well as areas of risk and opportunity.

Key Job Responsibilities:

·         Develop and prepare management reports that highlight operational results and trends

·         Create advanced excel modeling for various business scenarios

·         Develop and prepare customized reports and forecasts for both internal and external customers.  Present findings in a clear and concise manner as needed

·         Quantify investment costs, risks, and potential of new and/or expansion markets

·         Assist in the implementation of new technology

·         Participate in assessment of acquisition opportunities

·         Prepare multiple ad-hoc analyses as requested

·         Work with the IT, Sales and Marketing departments to develop and optimize data



·         3+ years of financial reporting, specifically analysis, forecasting, budgeting and planning experience

·         Expert level of proficiency in Excel; strong Excel modeling skills

·         Effective Project Management skills

·         Previous experience with AS400 query and/or system implementation is a plus

·         Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting or related field required; MBA preferred

·         Proven ability to communicate results of analysis to non-financial staff with great impact

·         Possess strong analytical, organizational and communication skills

·         Ability to handle multiple priorities with aggressive deadlines and ensure appropriate follow-up and closure

·         Health care experience a plus

·         Able to set priorities and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment
