The CIP Coach is energetic and creative, ready to support program participants reach their personal goals, through work experience and community engagement. A commitment to providing effective and consistent support is crucial. The CIP Coach will take small groups of 2 or 3 participants into the community for educational and training opportunities.
High School diploma, a driver license, good driving record and transportation are necessary. Preference is given to experience with individuals with disabilities and/or a vocational goal to enter rehabilitation, special education or similar field. Seeking individuals who are responsible, mature, self-motivated and who will provide professionalism with participants, community members and local businesses. Completion of daily paperwork and documentation is required.
