Job Description

 

Our Customer Service representative will be responsible for handling a high call volume of outgoing and incoming calls daily. Responsibilities include answering phones, leaving messages, transferring calls, and setting up appointments for our Admissions Counselors. Candidates who apply for this position should enjoy multi-tasking and being on the phone all day. This position is ideal for individuals seeking a full-time position and a career they can be passionate about.

We are looking for dynamic individuals who are reliable and can work in a fast pace environment, have great organization and time management skills, and have outstanding written and verbal communication skills. Candidate must have excellent initiative and follow through skills. Additionally, candidate must have good interpersonal skills as needed to work well in a team environment.

Job Requirements
Ideal candidates must possess the following skills, abilities and knowledge:
Must be able to type 40wpm
Must have a strong work ethic
Must be dependable and able to work 30 hours per week
Must be punctual in attendance
Must have excellent customer service skills
Must have excellent communication skills
Must be well-organized and self-driven
Must have excellent data entry and follow through skills
Must be internet and email savvy
Must be friendly and have a positive demeanor
Must be able to work in a fun, but sometimes-noisy environment
Animal experience is a plus

Hours are Monday – Friday 10:00am -5:30pm with the availability to work Saturday when needed.
