Leatt: Dealer Sales Support / Customer Service Representative 

 

Leatt's Dealer Sales Support/Customer Service team builds consumer and dealer relationships through industry leading customer service at our Santa Clarita, Ca. office. Office hours are Monday through Friday, 7am to 5pm, we offer variable shifts. Our goal is to provide industry leading customer service and inspire confidence with excellent top selling safety products. This is a mid-entry level opportunity to begin a career with a growing company in the cycling and power-sports industry.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

· Field incoming dealer and consumer sales calls, input sales orders, and assist dealers and consumers with technical, service, and delivery issues.

· Respond to incoming dealer and consumer emails in a timely manner by providing information regarding technical and service issues.

· Manage all aspects of dealer and consumer orders: from order placement to tracking order though to fulfillment to ensure proper customer satisfaction.

· Be the go to for our various sponsorship, industry, and marketing outreach programs.

· Interface with related departments to problem solve complex dealer inquiries.

· Process warranty claims.

· Ensure accurate order entry and shipment processing.

· Support and assist the outside sales team.

· Be an expert with respect to the Leatt product offering.

· Support and assist all departments as needs arise.

Job Requirements
Required Qualifications

• 1 year experience in customer service or support.
• Must have excellent customer service skills and the ability to effectively handle multiple customer questions, demands, and tasks.
• Possess excellent computer skills (Microsoft applications, etc) and the ability to quickly learn new technologies and order management / data entry systems including SAP and Magento.
• Must be comfortable with cross-departmental communication with all levels.
• Adaptable and capable of multi-tasking and thriving in a busy environment.

• Able to work independently as well as within our team environment.
• Great with people, professional, well spoken, patient and composed.
• Possess a dynamic, positive and fun can-do attitude.
• Excellent teamwork and collaboration skills.
• Solid decision making and problem solving skills, ability to think on feet a must
• Extremely organized, reliable and detail oriented.
