Job Description

ALT Enterprises is a leading company in the industry, and we are currently seeking a motivated and passionate individual to join our team as a Customer Service Sales Assistant. In this role, you will play a vital part in delivering exceptional customer service and driving sales growth for our organization.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide outstanding customer service to clients, ensuring their needs are met and inquiries are addressed promptly and professionally.
  • Assist customers in selecting the right products or services based on their requirements and preferences.
  • Actively engage in sales activities, such as making product recommendations, upselling, and cross-selling to maximize revenue generation.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to achieve individual and team sales targets.
  • Handle customer complaints or issues efficiently and effectively, ensuring customer satisfaction and resolution.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date knowledge of our products, services, and promotions.
  • Keep records of customer interactions and transactions.
  • Contribute to a positive and collaborative team environment.

Qualifications:

  • Motivated and passionate about sales, with a genuine interest in helping customers.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to build rapport with customers.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities to address customer concerns and find suitable solutions.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, multitasking and managing priorities.
  • Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

 

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 2 years of customer servive experience, preferably in a customer-facing role.
  • Auto or truck parts (lighting) experience and knowledge.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is a plus.
