Job Description
Infinity Property Services is a growing Homeowners Association management company looking for detail-oriented, energetic, and personable candidates to join our team.
 

Job Summary

Provide a high level of customer service while assisting homeowners with maintenance requests, answering general account questions over the telephone and via email, and supporting managers and supervisors with various tasks.

 

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Receive incoming calls in accordance with company policy.

Process requests from homeowners, managers, and vendors.

Create work orders and ensure timely completion.

Follow up with homeowners on service request completion.

Communicate with managers regarding any service request escalation.

Assist manager with various administrative task for the smooth operation of a homeowners association.

Job Requirements
Minimum of one year customer service experience.
Excellent telephone and email etiquette.
Professional verbal and written communication.
Ability to multitask.
Property management/homeowner association experience is highly desired.
Minimum typing speed of 45 wpm. Familiar with basic functions in MS Office.
Self-motivated capable of prioritizing and quickly respond to resident needs.
Team player attitude.
Reliable and dedicated to providing excellent customer service.
