Real Estate Company in Santa Clarita looking for an Executive Assistant for a very busy Real Estate Broker. Looking for a motivated, responsible, self sufficient individual who can multitask and work on their own with little supervision.
Compensation/Salary: DOE
Duties include, but not limited to:
-Taking pictures of Listings and posting them on marketing platforms
-Updating Broker Calendar
- Checking voicemails
- preparing contracts
- creating invoices
- receiving and returning calls
- running errands
- ordering office supplies
- maintain and updating client lists
- marketing and advertising
- updating website and social media
- meeting with clients
- composing and corresponding to emails
-reviewing files for compliance
Qualifications:
- license and insured driver with reliable transportation
- proficient in Microsoft office, excel, and word
- great communication skills
- proper English vocabulary and grammar skills
- knowledgeable in SRAR MLS, Car.org, and GAVAR is a plus
- detail oriented and highly organized
- must be able to multitask with the ability to handle changing priorities
Skills:
- Excellent people and socials skills is a must!
- Experience in real estate or escrow is a plus.
