Job Description
We are hiring for all 3 of our construction divisions. Our company specializes in Painting, Carpentry and Ornamental Metal for commercial and residential HOA's.
Looking to hire Full-Time Experienced Painters, Carpenters, Welders and Entry-level Helpers to fill vacant positions with locations in the LA and Ventura County. (Main Office is based in the Auga Dulce area)

  • Paints HOA exterior projects (some interior) in various climate conditions
  • Prepares painting surfaces for painting by washing, scraping sanding or other means necessary
  • Removes old finish using scraper, chemical compounds, or heat gun
  • Fills nail holes, joints, and cracks in walls with plaster or other filler
  • Knowledge of painting processes
  • Utilizes paint spray machine and water blaster
  • Utilizes brushes and rollers to apply paint or other coating
  • Utilizes ladders, extension ladder up to 40 ft and boom/scissor lift (with certification only)
  • MIG welding and fabrications in all positions in various climate conditions for our HOA clients
  • Fabrications and installation of fences/gates (fabrication done at shop)
  • Prepares material for fabrication 
  • Measures, saws, grinds, and install various materials final product
  • Manually guides electrode or gun along weld line, maintaining length of arc and speed of movement to form specified depth of fusion and bead, as judged from color of metal, sound of weld, and size of molten puddle
  • Digs post holes and fills with concrete
  • Positions and clamps work pieces together or assemble them in jig or fixtures.
  • Selects torch, torch tip, filler ford and flux, according to welding chart specifications or type and thickness of material
  • Performs all necessary maintenance on all equipment used in welding
  • Maintaining knowledge of various types of metal and welding techniques
  • Current welding certification or in process of receiving it 
  • Must have a welding mask


  • Construction and/or repair of wood projects (rough/some finish); build out fence, deck, and gate etc. throughout HOA's in various climate conditions
  • Construction and/or repair of metal stud framing, wall layouts and drywall
  • Construction and/or repair doors, frames, hardware
  • Fasten materials together with nails, screws, staples, and adhesives, and will do a final check to ensure accuracy
  • Trims component parts of joints to ensure snug fit, using hand tools, such as planes, chisels, or wood files
  • Use of hand tools, including squares, levels, and chisels, as well as many power tools, such as drill, sander, circular saw, nail gun, and welding machine
  • Use of stationary woodworking equipment such as table saws, band saws, planers, spindle sanders, radial arm saws, etc.
  • Utilizes ladders, extension ladder up to 40 ft and boom/scissor lift (with certification only)
  • Must have standard tools specific to the trade


Painter, Welder or Carpenter Helper Entry Level

  • Assists in the trade above on outlined duties
  • Follows and understands verbal and written training's and instructions
  • Works at a standard pace for interior/exterior trade, practices, procedures, techniques, while utilizing tools and equipment, and materials
  • Covers areas being worked on to ensures clean-up of all sites and end of each shift
  • Assists with inventory when needed and informs the foreman when supplies and/or equipment requires attention
  • Follow safety rules at all time, including obligation to report safety hazard
  • Occasionally work on weekends when our business need requires it
  • Position may require you to have basics tools specific to the trade

Job Requirements
For ALL Positions- Qualifications
3 verifiable years of experience in the trade applying for: Painter, Welder or Carpenter
1 verifiable year in experience the trade applying for: Painter, Welder or Carpenter Helper
Experience in Commercial/Residential HOA 's preferred
Must have reliable modes of transportation to and from various job sites locations
Works with other crews and/or foreman to assist in providing coverage, in order to meet deadlines and as the company requires
Able to work both independently and within a team environment
Ability to work in in a fast pace environment
Available to work shifts, extended hours and weekends as business requires

Physical and Environmental Qualifications
Resilient to working in adverse climatic conditions
Comfortable with exterior work
Ability to work in a standing position for extended hours
Ability to load trucks, unload trucks and carry and move supplies for project
Ability to reach, bend, stoop, push,carry and/or pull up to 40 lbs
Comfortable with working on elevated surfaces, work with ladders and extension ladders up to 40 feet
Boom lift certificate or ability to receive it
