Job Requirements

The primary responsibilities of this position are to provide full-time clerical and administrative support and maintain day-to-day operations of the office. The ideal candidate will have strong organization and customer service skills. Primary functions include and are not limited to:

- Schedule appointments, service calls, meetings and maintain calendars

- Answer phones and greet visitors

- Receive and distribute mail and incoming material orders

- Create and maintain filing systems, both electronic and physical

- Prepare communications, such as emails, estimates, and invoices

- Provide direct support to the two owners of the company

Experience, Education, and Skills

- Having worked in some form of office setting for construction style company would be a plus

- High School Diploma or a GED equivalent; Associates Degree preferred

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs and ability to learn and use new software programs


Starting salary ranges from $18-20 per hour, based on experience and qualifications. Compensation includes paid holidays, sick and vacation leave. Medical benefits also available.

Signing bonus of $250 paid after 90 day probation period.
