Job Description
VMG is a leading homeowner's association management firm in the Santa Clarita Valley. We are looking for an Homeowner Services Representative with excellent customer service skills. The main responsibilities for this position include, but are not limited to: handle homeowner inquiries and requests, coordinate work orders, maintain files, and assist in various homeowner-related matters. We are looking for a self-motivated professional who maintains the highest of business ethics and safeguards confidential information. The ideal candidate is detail oriented with exceptional organizational, multitasking, problem-solving and proactive follow-up skills, adherence to deadlines, and excellent computer skills.
 
Job Requirements
Minimum three years administrative support to management-level personnel.
Experienced in providing superior customer service
Excellent writing and verbal skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office; Word, Excel, Publisher, Outlook.
Fluent in English; Bilingual is an asset.
