Job Description
A great company in Valencia, CA is looking for a Bilingual HR Coordinator to join their team!
Duties and responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
• Assist with Benefits Administration
• Participate in Benefits Open Enrollment
• Assist in organizational Training and Development
• Assist branch offices with new-hire paperwork, onboarding, and orientation
• Assist in translating employee relations counseling
• Support HR Generalist with FMLA and other leaves of absence
• Assist with recruiting activities
• Assist with maintenance of the HRIS
• Maintain Form I-9’s and other HR documentation
• Assist and back-up to payroll
• Assist with preparation of various HR reports
• Complete special projects as needed

Job Requirements
• Must have 2-5 years of experience with supporting a Human Resources Department
• Must be bilingual Spanish
• Must possess excellent time management, communications, attention to detail, and organizational skills
• Must be flexible and able to work overtime
• Must be able to multi-task
• Must be proficient with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook)
• Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment, effectively balancing multiple concurrent assignments
