Job Description
Established Farmers Insurance Agency in Valencia looking to hire a full time commercial and personal lines account manager with prior experience in the insurance industry. Candidate is required to be fully P&C licensed.  Qualified candidate will be responsible for managing/servicing an existing book of business for both Commercial and personal lines. 

We are looking for motivated and disciplined individuals who have excellent organizational and communication skills. Customer service is our top priority therefore... 3-years of prior customer service experience in the insurance industry is MANDATORY.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage client renewal process for commercial and personal lines, including, but not limited to application submission preparation, creating proposals, updating client billing and accounting and policy reviews. Qualified candidate will  work directly with clients assisting in the renewal process.
  • Work closely with insurance agency owner daily.
  • Assist clients with end-to-end customer service, account changes, certificate requests, billing, claims and other day to day tasks to ensure smooth operation of this agency  
  • Respond to client issues in a timely manner and escalate as appropriate.
  • Maintain up to date record of communication with client.
  • Additional responsibilities as needed.

          

Requirements:

  • Current P&C license - Mandatory
  • Minimum 3 years Commercial & Personal Lines Customer Services - Mandatory.
  • Ability to Multitask and  work in a fast-paced environment with professionalism.
  • Strong Organizational Skills - Ability to identify priorities and create an individual workflow to ensure efficiency, accuracy and ensure all deadlines are met.
  • Good Verbal and Written communication skills.
  • Ability to work with others.
  • Computer skills (Microsoft Office, Windows, Excel)
