Lead Associate of Retail Pool Supply Store

Our growing company is searching for a responsible and highly motivated Lead Sales Associate to assist the management team with store operations, interacting with customers to problem solve issues, assist in the sales process, ensuring an outstanding customer experience and oversee inventory tracking and invoicing. Our ideal candidate will deliver a professional presentation to customers and uphold the ideals and standards of our company. Working independently, organization, detail oriented and being a team player are expectations of the position. 

This position is 30+ hours per week including weekends with the possibility of full time. Compensation based on experience.
