We are a growing small business in search of the next key member of our team. 

Welcome to an exciting, fast paced, keep you on your toes, IT Managed Services Company. This position has several key industry requirements but first and foremost is customer service. Our customers love us and this position requires your ability to successfully engage, respond to, and provide support for the ultimate end user experience. The primary duties include supporting our clients on the phone as a member of our help-desk, sometimes driving onsite, and assisting in projects. Additionally, we are here for our clients and you must be able to provide a positive experience and outcome in any situation. This includes times when we are under to gun and pressure is mounting. This position will also be part of the on call rotation for weekend support needs. In the world of IT Support, we are emergency room doctors. When clients are down, we are working, 24x7x365.

Minimum required technical skills:
-5 years of active Windows Server and Network support and troubleshooting
-Ability to install and fully configure a standalone network including: server, dhcp, dns, firewall, group policies, active directory, printers
-Ability to fully manage complete IT projects including: servers, firewalls, wireless networks, switches, internet, software, backups, office 365 migrations
-8 years as helpdesk/IT support technician
-Support of all Microsoft: Windows operating systems, Office Suites, Office 365
-Wifi management
-VOIP
-Microsoft Hyper-V/VmWare
-Backup and disaster recovery
-Industry certifications: Network +, MCSE, MCSA, CCNA
