Job Description
Real Estate/Manufactured Home/Mobile Home company in Santa Clarita looking for a dependable loan processor/ office coordinator. Must be extremely motivated, highly organized, responsible, self-sufficient, trustworthy, and able to work well on your own with very little supervision. Excellent people and social skills are a must. Room to grow and learn. Must be a team player!!!
*Compensation DOE Hourly plus commission  
Job Requirements
Job Responsibilities:
• Must be able to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Must have loan processing experience
• Communicates with agents and borrows on a consistent basis
• Reviews files for completeness prior to submission to lender
• Ability to prioritize work flow making sure loans close on time
• Handle document signings and funding with excellent customer service
• Ability to handle multiple loans in different stages in an environment consisting of interruptions of phone calls and questions
• Must be able to independently manage pipeline and notify office staff of status as needed
• Orders supporting documentation, such as appraisals, verifications of employment, verifications of deposits, etc
• Able to work well with co-workers, staff, and management
• Use great verbal and written communication skills

Experience:
• MLO a plus
• Bi-lingual is a plus
• Outstanding customer service both in person and on the phone
• Minimum one year loan experience
• Strong organizing and problem-solving skills
