The Supported Employment job coach helps people working in the community to learn how to be the best worker they can be. These workers require support to learn their jobs and learn the skills needed to keep their jobs. The job coach ensures that both the worker and the employer are satisfied with the worker's performance.
A job coach must be patient, creative, energetic and consistent. The schedule is intermittent and arranged depending on the schedule of the worker and availability of the coach. Many job coaches have other jobs and use this as supplemental income. On the job training is provided.

Position requirements: Valid drivers license and reliable transportation. Livescan required due to working with vulnerable populations. First aid/CPR will be required upon hiring and paid for by Pleasantview. Diploma or equivalent. Perfect job for college students, retirees or seniors!
