Now hiring, to replace exiting employee. Position will start with part-time training and increase to full-time position ASAP. Office assistant MUST HAVE PRIOR EXPERIENCE IN A MEDICAL SETTING, with an understanding of insurance benefits, referrals, scheduling, etc.
Job duties include, but are not limited to: answering phones, scheduling clients, verifying insurance benefits, assisting with insurance referrals, managing emails, collecting payments, filing, and miscellaneous office and clinic duties.
Must be able to multitask and time-manage various duties throughout the day. Good interpersonal skills are a must. Work will be around children; background check may be requested.
