Job Description:
We are seeking a part time Physical Therapist for an out-patient, independently owned, facility in Valencia. You will have the opportunity to work in a dynamic, friendly, professional setting. This position demands an individual who exhibits excellent communication and time management skills and is motivated, energetic, good at multi-tasking, and passionate about treating and rehabilitating patients. Mentoring also provided for different treatment techniques and clinic management, if interested.
Educational Requirements and Experience:
- Currently licensed to practice as a Physical Therapist in the state of CA
- New graduates registering/ registered to take Physical Therapy Board Examination.
Essential Qualifications and Job Duties:
- Performing patient evaluations, performing appropriate treatment, and assisting in supervising the PT Aide
- Work with a diverse patient population that has various sports, orthopedic, pediatric, and neurological impairments.
- Safeguard, motivate, and assist patients with exercises and functional activities
- Possess strong interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills
- Proficient with the computer, Microsoft Word and Excel
