2+ Years cooking/restaurant experience
Should have knowledge of Italian cuisine
Use of traditional Italian cooking techniques a plus
Ability to follow current recipes
Ability to stay calm under pressure
Highest attention to detail and cleanliness
Servesafe or Food Handler Certification
Desire to learn and a passion for cooking
Have a Flexible Schedule, Must be able to work Nights and Weekends
Must work well under pressure, have a positive attitude, strong work ethic, be reliable, be a team player, and be comfortable working in a team environment.
Prior Experience in a fast paced restaurant is a plus.
