A Valencia based commercial real estate company is seeking an Office Administrator/Property Management Support who possesses excellent communication skills and telephone etiquette, and a pleasant and professional demeanor.  The successful candidate will be responsible, conscientious, punctual, computer-literate, organized, detail oriented, and a multi-tasker.  The responsibilities include supporting property management in a variety of areas, including A/R, A/P, interfacing with tenants, vendors, clients, handling incoming calls and front desk tasks, and assisting on a variety of other tasks.  Previous property management experience preferred, and a CA Real Estate License is optimal but not required.  Please email resume for consideration.
