Do you pride yourself on providing quality service to clients/customers? A great company in Valencia is looking for a Quality Specialist to join their growing team.
Job duties will include, but are not limited to:
- Monitoring agent calls and chat sessions to ensure quality service and provide actionable feedback when necessary
- Conduct side-by-side observations, compile data related to quality observations
- Evaluate and take corrective action when necessary with regard to product date coding and trade age management at all levels of product movement
- Assist in development of special department projects and work in conjunction with manager, quality assurance services
- Consult with management and personnel on better operational procedures to improve overall efficiency and product yields.
Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8am-5pm
Pay Rate: $22-$25/Hour (Depending on Experience)
