Looking for a dedicated client advocate to be the main liaison between our customer and our company. This person needs to be diverse, creative thinker, issue resolution, and work well with others and on teams. Required to know Excel, Word, Mac as well as our main system is SAGE. Sage is not required to apply, we can train. Individual will do things such as help the creative team stay on task for mock ups, new item presentation paperwork, check website that new items are up, work with purchasing to make sure orders are placed for new items and launch dates will be met, work with regulatory and packaging needs, check inventories, work on presentations to the customer, work with Website and social media team. All the mentioned above tasks are for one customer.
