American Hakko Products, Inc. is searching for a Support Agent for an entry-level position with us in Valencia, CA. The ideal candidate will support the engineering and service/repair departments in the Product Division in varied hands-on tasks involving products and customer samples. This position also requires record keeping, reporting, and effective communication so the ideal candidate will be organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask. Candidates with excellent troubleshooting skills and the ability to learn quickly will excel at this position.
Essential Job Functions:
Have basic understanding of the products and the industry. Able to operate, repair and demonstrate the products.
Open, monitor, and update support cases for customers to return their products for service and
escalate cases as necessary.
Support Repair Technician by preparing evaluations for customer products that have been
returned for service and closing/filing of completed cases.
Ensure accurate and timely submission of required reports.
Work with Engineering to maintain company knowledgebase content as necessary.
Other duties as necessary to support the Product Division.
