Business Development Representative

Datalink Networks is a leading firm in the Santa Clarita Valley that designs, engineers and sells technology solutions to corporations, K-12 schools and universities throughout California.   We create and sell engineered packages from the largest technology companies in America, including Microsoft, HP, Cisco and Google!

We are currently adding to our team of exceptional high energy professionals for placement into our business development department.  


Your Requirements:

·Great Oral and Written Skills ·Ability to Prioritize and think Critically ·Recent Business Degree or Equivalent ·Great work ethic and people skills
 This position incorporates a dual role that includes both sales support with our existing clients, as well as business development to acquire new clients.  You will also qualify for full medical, dental and 401K programs for this position as part of our Datalink Networks team.    

Compensation for this position is an hourly rate based on experience as well as commission programs for qualified appointments and/or demonstration that you set for our sales and engineering staff. The commission portion of this offer represents an additional $1,000 per month based on attainment of full quota.


Business Development Responsibilities
·Place outbound phone calls on a daily basis in support of pre-scheduled marketing campaigns to business contacts ·Email support on targeted technology campaigns ·Interface with leading technology companies and Sr. Account Managers ·Set product demonstration appointments for engineering and  Sr. Account Managers
Inside Sales Support Responsibilities
·Assist our outside sales team in client communications and customer calls·Provide proposal quoting support to our sales team ·Send clients information on Datalink Networks products and services ·Participate in both online and virtual training sessions from our partners·Interface with partner vendor representatives, as needed
System Support Responsibilities
·Update customer contact records in Datalink Networks’ CRM system ·Update vendor forecasting systems ·Update deal registration opportunities
