Job Summary:

We currently have an excellent opportunity for an experienced Warehouse Clerk for our Valencia, CA office. The primary function of this position is responsible for pulling, packing, checking, and shipping customer orders. This position may also include shipping, receiving and mail clerk functions.

Key Job Responsibilities:

· Pull and prepare all shipments

· Pack all verified orders for shipment and insert all marketing materials or flyers requested in each order

· Inspect orders for completion, proper packaging, documentation, and ensure product protection and customer satisfaction

· Ship and confirm all C.O.D. and credit card orders and ensure that all backorders and credit cards are appropriately processed

· Pick up, sort & deliver all company mail

· Inventory control and ordering of all printing material and office supplies

· Process will calls, credit cards, back orders, and employee orders

· Receive, inspect, and store all inbound inventory and returns

· Actively participate in following all safety rules

· Miscellaneous projects as assigned by management



· 1-year distribution and/or forklift experience preferred

· Basic computer skills for product look up

· Microsoft Office knowledge for admin functions

· Attention to detail

· Good math skills

· Good communication skills

· Ability to lift and carry up to 35 pounds

· Valid California Driver’s License (formal duties)
