Description
Our company is searching for an experienced, reliable and task-oriented Executive Assistant to work within our Project Management team. The Executive Assistant will work as a Project Coordinator directly with Project Managers and will be responsible for performing a number of project related administrative duties. The ideal candidate is highly self-motivated, professional, and capable of managing their work load and prioritizing tasks in a fast-paced environment. This is an excellent opportunity to join a long standing company in an exciting industry.
Project Coordinator Responsibilities:
•        Preparing financial reports, schedules, and progress reports
•        Coordinating project communications, including taking calls, responding to emails and interfacing with clients
•        Preparing internal and external project documents for team members and industry partners
•        Filing and retrieving project records, documents, and reports
•        Coordinating project progress with other departments
•        Scheduling meetings and appointments and manage travel itineraries
•        Accurately recording minutes from meetings
•        Providing general administrative support


Skills
Project Coordinator Requirements:
•        Maintain an organized filing system of paper and electronic documents
•        Uphold a strict level of confidentiality
•        Proficiency in collaboration and delegation of duties
•        Ability to organize a daily workload by priorities
•        Must be able to meet deadlines in a fast-paced quickly changing environment
•        Professional level verbal and written communications skills
•        Strong organizational, project management and problem-solving skills with impeccable multi-tasking abilities
•        Proven experience as an executive assistant or other relevant administrative support experience
•        Friendly and professional demeanor
•        Exceptional interpersonal skills
•        Proficient in Microsoft Office
•        High school diploma
