Production Lead
Can you lead a project team to success through changing requirements and adjust your team on a daily basis? Is your ability to stay on target and achieve results above the rest? Then we have a job for you.

We are a fast growing company in the Litigation Support industry and we’re looking for people who can learn rapidly and contribute their leadership skills to our team.
The Production Lead is responsible for stewarding projects through our data center using our software tools. They are responsible for resource allocation, project reporting and training of staff members.

Skills Needed:

• Knowledge of Windows
• Knowledge of MS Office Applications (Access, Outlook, Excel, Word, Power Point)
• Team building and management experience (at least 1 yr preferably)
• Attention to detail
• Strong Organizational Skills
• Good written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to multi-task and work in a challenging and fast paced environment
• Ability to work without supervision
• Ability to deal with different types of people and situations
• Data Troubleshooting skills
• Previous experience in leading a project of 2 or more people
• Documentation skills
• Previous experience in a data processing environment is a plus

Job Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Understanding project specifications and special instructions
• Hiring and training of employees
• Performing employee evaluations & handling disciplinary matters
• Managing project deadlines
• Managing case priorities
• Providing project timelines
• Communicate all project statuses and updates to project team
• Communicate with our development team regarding program updates
• Perform data integrity checks on all data and images being sent to the client
• Production Resource Management
• Coordinate with our internal engineering department to understand project flows
• Participate in project start-up meetings
• Ability to work with others in a team environment and to share information (verbally and written) to all members of a team
